Our Recommendations During Your Teeth Whitening<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Teeth Whitening \u201cPremium\u201d and \u201cAt Home\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Brush your teeth\u00a0<strong>thoroughly<\/strong>\u00a0and floss\u00a0<strong>every evening<\/strong>\u00a0before wearing the trays<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Use a toothpaste specifically designed for<strong>\u00a0sensitive teeth<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You can also supplement with a<strong>\u00a0mouthwash<\/strong>\u00a0for\u00a0<strong>sensitivity<\/strong>\u00a0or a\u00a0<strong>remineralizing cream<\/strong>\u00a0like MI Paste, available at our clinics<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Apply the whitening product\u00a0<strong>inside<\/strong>\u00a0the trays with precision<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The amount applied should be\u00a0<strong>minimal<\/strong>\u00a0(no more than a pinhead)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Carefully<\/strong>\u00a0insert the trays ensuring they fit\u00a0<strong>snugly<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Remove any\u00a0<strong>excess<\/strong>\u00a0product with a cotton swab<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Refrain from\u00a0<strong>eating<\/strong>\u00a0or\u00a0<strong>drinking<\/strong>\u00a0once the trays are inserted to avoid swallowing the product<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Avoid<strong>\u00a0smoking<\/strong>\u00a0throughout the treatment duration<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Allow the product to work for _______ minutes as directed by your dental hygienist or dentist<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>To remove the trays, start from the back teeth and then proceed to the front to prevent distortion<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If discomfort wakes you up, remove the trays and rinse your mouth thoroughly (brushing is not mandatory)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Every morning, remove the trays, rinse with water or fluoride mouthwash, or gently brush your teeth<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Clean the trays with\u00a0<strong>soapy water<\/strong>\u00a0and a soft-bristled brush, preferably a hydrosonic brush, avoiding hot water which can deform the trays<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Air-dry the trays before storing them, ensuring they are completely dry before placing them back in their case<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Reminder:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Whitening follows a cumulative dosing rule, so it\u2019s crucial to maintain uninterrupted treatment for 10 to 21 consecutive days.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A break of 3 to 4 days resets the treatment progress. Choose a period that suits you best.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If sudden sensitivity occurs, stop the treatment immediately. Apply Emofluor Desensgel and massage the sensitive area for 30 seconds.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pay attention to the amount of gel applied to avoid gum discoloration. Whitish discolorations are normal and will fade throughout the day.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Small, whiter spots may appear due to your teeth\u2019s composition, which will gradually blend over time. However, if spots were present before whitening, they may become even whiter. Whether it\u2019s through our express brightening, at-home whitening, in-clinic whitening, or premium whitening, it\u2019s recommended to follow these tips to maintain your dental whiteness:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Brush your teeth after\u00a0<strong>every meal<\/strong>\u00a0using a\u00a0<strong>gentle<\/strong>,\u00a0<strong>non-abrasive toothpaste<\/strong>.
